Recommeded SEO Plugin in 2024

Hi,

I’m looking for recommendations on a reliable SEO plugin. From previous discussions, Yoast was recommended in the past, but it seems it is no longer the go-to plugin for most users. RankMath and All in One SEO are popular options, though I have no hands-on experience with them. The SEO Framework is another solid option, but I came across a reported ad issue in this thread:

Aside from these options, I use Squirrly SEO, but found it to be chaotic and incompatible with Cornerstone, so I’m looking for an alternative – it was a big mistake.

I understand that you are working on some compatibility updates for the 6.5 release. Could you recommend a plugin that most Cornerstone users prefer and will be compatible with Cornerstone/Pro’s future updates?

If The SEO Framework doesn’t slow down the site as reported, I am considering switching to it.

I do not expect the SEO plugin to read the Cornerstone content, so even in this case, does The SEO Framework slowdown the site even when meta descriptions are manually entered?

Hey Gunes,

We haven’t tested the SEO Framework plugin but if you manually inserted your meta description directly into the code, I suspect that it not might slow down your website. It would be best to try and see it for yourself.
