RE: ThemeCo -- billing issue / urgent

Hello -
I would like to request help with a billing matter. My Pro Single license is already paid through July 14, 2026 , and I want to make sure my credit card will not be charged again when that date arrives.

Please:

  1. Disable auto-renew on my license.
  2. Remove the stored payment method from my account.
  3. Keep the license active until the paid-through date so the theme continues to function normally.

There is no option in my dashboard to remove the card or contact billing directly, so I am posting here for assistance.

Thanks for writing in!

To cancel a subscription, go to the subscriptions section of your account billing page here, and click on ‘Details’ under the ‘Manage’ column next to the subscription you wish to cancel, then hover over the ‘click here’ link and you’ll see ‘Cancel my Subscription’ button appear. Click that and confirm, then you’re done.

In the Methods tab, you can remove your card details.

I don’t want to cancel the subscription
I only want to remove my card on file or disable auto-renew.
This is for a client who still has 9 months left so canceling is not on the table.
