RC4 Custom Fonts Not working

As requested, I am on RC4, removed hyphens but for some reason fonts are not loading there.

Seems like it works with WOFF fonts, but not WOFF2

Thanks @rafalkukla! I uploaded a patched version and it’s fixed on your site now. It was ttf files not getting the right format in the @font-face rules.

@spedney, let me know once RC5 is out if you’re still seeing this issue. Thanks!

I updated bunch of sites to 4.0.7, and my fonts are not loading again. Anyone reported this again?

I’ve got a custom font issue now with the latest Pro release as well. Custom font not loading after update, was loading prior. No changes otherwise. Woff font file.

Hi everyone,

I apologize, this has been a difficult one to stay on top of. The sites I’ve tested are working, but I understand there might be additional edge cases. I know this is a strange procedure, but give this a try and let me know if it works:

  • Rename your Custom Font Family (item down in custom fonts) to anything else
  • Go to your font item (at the top) and reassign the custom font family
  • Save

The problem stems from the original implementation not including unique IDs for each custom font item and basing them off the title. If that still doesn’t work, I think the best thing at this point is if you wouldn’t mind opening a support ticket. Feel free to ping me (@alexander) and mention I offered to check your site. If I can’t discern how to fix it in an update I should be able to correct it on your site directly. Thanks for your patience in this.
