RC4 | Anchor Links to Section IDs not working

Not sure what is going on but anchor links to new sections by ID are not working.

@DoncoMarketing, they work for me in RC4. Do you perhaps have duplicate IDs?

UPDATED: Hi @Misho – great call. Apparently yesterday was a long day. Found the issue. Was duplicated. Thx.
