Thought I would mention this even though I can’t replicate it at the moment.
I was working on a new page in RC3 and duplicated a text field (full of existing text), when I saved the page one of the text fields emptied of content.
maybe some mixed signals on the duplicated text fields?
Trying to recreate this don’t give any results.
it happened twice to me, but can’t duplicate the problem… I was making quite a few styling/content changes to the text elements before saving and at some point the ‘other’ element cleared of text
Let’s think about it… What about is GLOBAL FONT COLOR & CUSTOM FONT? What is settings of this buggy element?
Not quite sure what you mean here… this the global body font and a text colour which is used throughout the rest of the site without problems.
I resolved the problem by deleting the text elements and starting again. not been able to replicate it since

Like it just collapsed into the striped placeholder with element icon? If you inspect that directly, could you click “Edit Text” and see the text in the editor? Or is the content truly gone?
What could be happening is that the preview is considering it empty and displaying the placeholder even though it is not. Let me know if you run into it again. Thanks!
The text element looked like a fresh add from the elements bar… ie an empty text element. I clicked into the edit text and that was also empty
