When editing the footer / header, the Theme options styles for .x-container.width and .x-container.max are being overridden by the styles from integrity-light.css when the page has editor has loaded. Initially when setting the values, the builder reloads and shows the correct styles, then when it does the scroll down to the footer to begin editing that, it reverses the styles and shows instead the integrity-light.css width and max-width.
On the front end all is fine.
You can see in the screenshot below that the styles in integrity-light.css are overriding the custom theme option-generated styles at 106:1
