From editing a page in the builder, I tried going to Theme Options via the hamburger menu
The page then loaded, and the preview pane now shows hover options to edit header / page, but the options pane is blank.
If I then refresh the page, it loads the options and preview pane correctly
If I just switch to the Theme Options tab via the options / inspect pane then it works as expected
