I’m editing a test site, within which I have a CPT with 22000 plants. When I click the tab to view the documents to edit, CS is listing all 22,000 of them instead of the pages:
It makes editing pages a bit tricky.
I tried closing the open single layout (for that CPT) and also a regular page, and refreshing the page. No document is open for editing and I still see this giant list.

Blast, I just saw how to fix it - using the “All documents” dropdown. Panic over.
But then again, why would a CPT show up in this context? It means I can’t see my pages and layouts under ‘all documents’ without also seeing 22,000 entries from the CPT.
Eventually I’m going to change the “All Documents” to ensure you receive data for each Document type. That should fix your issue. It’s based on the last modified date for which posts show up. Have a great day.
