It must be some leftover remnant from redesigning the page.
How do i remove it?

Thanks for writing in! Did you inserted a custom HTML or that used WPBakery Page Builder plugin? Please go to WPBakery Page Builder > General Settings and enable the “Legacy X Integration”.

Did not insert any html or use wpbakery. I don’t see any option to post our details through a secure note. There is not link under the reply.

I have checked your page and I found out that you have nested the Classic Row/Column element which is not recommended.
We highly recommend that you use the new Section, Row and Column elements because these are the elements that you can use especially in a nested structure. I was able to remove the needed elements to get your issue resolved.
