Raw Content element doesn’t have “Hide during Breakpoints” option.
But, if we turn it into a Component, it then gets “Enable Customization” option.
That, however, doesn’t work when enabled, probably because Raw content doesn’t have the option in the first place.
Ideally, “Hide during breakpoint” should work in this scenario, but if it can’t, perhaps the option should be hidden for the Raw content.

It is not necessary, I can put it into another Div. I just saw the option to enable customization was there, so I went away and created the whole thing. Later when I had to utilize the “Hide during breakpoint” option, it wasn’t responding. This is a minor thing, but it can confuse users, or lead them thinking something is working while it actually isn’t.
