Questions on text formatting and responsive phone view

I tried to find the answers myself but with no luck so far.

When I look at the phone view it shows content that doesn’t appear in the larger device views. Previously it showed the same content but in a different order with images from the top of the page moved to the bottom, etc. I’m confused by what’s going on. The same thing happens when I reduce the width of the browser window so it’s not just the viewer, it’s really the website.

I’m very confused about text formatting. I know that there are classes but I don’t see where to apply different classes or to modify the classes. I tried adding a new section to a page and including text but the formatting doesn’t match the rest of the page. Is there a tutorial on how to work with text?
On the same page as above, if you squeeze it down to one column you see a section “Aerial Photos and Video”. How can I apply the same classes that the rest of the page uses? Also, I would like to reduce the line spacing, I think it looks too far apart. How can I modify the class to make this or other changes? Maybe I should just create a new class. How would I do that?

Can you recommend up to date tutorials? I have found several but most are at least a few years old…

Thanks for writing in!

I have checked your page and I can see that some of the text is using responsive text. Please keep in mind that the responsive text will calculate the width of the text container and then set the font size within the minimum and maximum limit. This is useful if you have long headline titles or texts.

To have a consistent font size throughout your site, we recommend that you apply responsive typography which you can set in the theme options, X > Typography > Root Font Size. To get familiar with this feature, please check out this documentation first:
