Hi, I had this message when I tryed to update my theme : "Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. " But it’s not the case! I used these code only once (on this site).
I already tried to change the assigned url, in my account dashboard. (http at first but now https)
Can you help me? Thanks!

We’re sorry that you’re having an issue validating your website. To better help you with you issue, we need to check your WordPress admin. To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Hi Melanie,

Do you have a custom slug URL for accessing your WP dashboard? because accessing via yourwebsite.com/wp-admin or yourwebsite.com/wp-login.php isn’t working. Please let us know.

Hello Melanie,

I was able to log in and I found out the cause of the issue. It is because a different URL is assigned to your license code which is not the same as your Site URL in Settings > General.

See the secure note.

To get this resolved, you need to assign the license code with the same URL that you have in your Site URL settings.
