I just bought the X theme at ThemeForest, but I’m having issues with adding my purchase code.
Can you validate if the code is okay? What am I doing wrong?

What’s the error message that you’re getting ? Make sure that you’re fully updated before validating. You can check the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195).
