Product Validation Issue / Downloading Themeco Templates

I purchased the X theme and then upgraded to Pro after the checkout for an additional amount.
Now I want to use the Themeco Templates in the Cornerstone Content Builder, but when I go to download them I am told to validate the license even though I have already done that. So I click validate and it shows the green unlock icon and then I go back to Pro - Home to download the Themeco Templates and it is locked again and the process starts all over again! Please see attached screen shots. Please help! Thank you.

Hi There,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials
  • Your API Key

I still can’t access the Themco templates. When I click on the Pro Menu and go to Home, the Themco templates still show as being locked and I am asked to validate my license even though my license is already validated. Can you please help me to get access to the themco templates so I can use them in Cornerstone? Thanks

Sorry for the confusion the Demo Content is available just on X not Pro.

I am sorry I am confused. Why did Theme.co offer an upgraded PRO version for $15 if it includes functionality (demo/templates) that are not offered. Wouldn’t it make more sense for the premium product to have these as well, except for just the X version?

Are their any plans to incorporate these templates into PRO in the future? Thank you.

Hi There,

We are implementing a different solution which will open new possibilities and will replace the demo functionality.

It will be implemented in the next version release.

If you own X, you can install X load the demo content and switch to PRO.

Thank you for writing in, please follow this theme installation documentation.

After you successfully install and validate the Theme, navigate to Pro > Design Cloud, from there you can install a site demo.

More details on installing site demo here.

If you have a follow up question, we kindly ask to write that on a new thread, as this one is getting longer and hard to follow.
