Product code problem with X

Hello there,

I have recently installed X and used the associated purchase code but told the code was already being used.

Can you see what site this is attached to because I cannot see it in our list?

The reason why the purchased license code cannot be utilized with X is due to the upgrade of the license to Pro.

I think we upgraded this license by mistake - we only need X for the project. Can we downgrade it so we can use it?

Hi Spencer,

Unfortunately, that is not possible. Please remember that the Pro is a superset of the X, so you will get everything that is in X. Please check the differences in the following article.

That’s OK, we will need Pro for a related project.

Is this upgraded license for multiple sites or just the one? Either way, I need to get a new one for X.

The upgrade is a single license and can only be used on a single website.
