Problem with Pro mobile menu and picture loading on iOS devices

Hi

I’m using Pro 6.2.4 with Wordpress 6.2.2 and ST Off Canvas Layerd navigation for my mobile navigation.
When testing on my computer (MacBook Pro macOS 12.5 in Chrome 113.0.5672.92 ) everything works smooth, even in the mobile preview.
But on my iOS devices (iPhone & iPad iOS 16.4.1) the “hamburger button” is dead. It shows up but nothing happens when I push it. I don’t know if the problem exists on Android units.
It is also a problem with the page loading on iOS. When first loaded, the header logo, the rev slider and the pictures is gone. After reloading the page the pictures and slider shows up (and the logo in the header after several reloads).

What is the problem? Is Pro not compatible with iOS?

Thanks for writing in! Please clear all your caching plugins first and then on your iOS device, use private browsing mode or a different browser like MS Edge, Chrome, or Brave browser. I also noticed that you have LiteSpeed Cache and your hosting server has an Object Cache as well. You might be interested in checking this out:

I suppose it had something to do with Litespeed cache. I tried different settings in the Litespeed plugin, but nothing worked until I disabled Litespeed cache on the server side.

This is very strange. I build another Pro site recently, with Litespeed cache enabled. This site is working on all devices, without problems.

Hey @CyberBengt,

Please temporarily deactivate the LiteSpeed Cache and other optimizing plugins while you are troubleshooting the issue. Have your checked your server cache already?

Hi Ruenel,

as I told you (above) I did deactivate LiteSpeed Cache on the server. After that it works allright. But if I re-activate it on the server, the same problem returns.
Is there a known issue with LiteSpeed Cache?

We have no known issue with Litespeed Cache. But optimization plugins could break scripts including scripts of Pro. Please reach out to Lightspeed Cache support for the fix. This is a 3rd party plugin conflict case and regretfully, we cannot provide support.
