Hi.
I used to use Cornerstone with the X theme on my website https://www.broughtonschoolofmotoring.com
I changed to another theme so purchased a fresh copy of Cornerstone today.
Problem is, I can’t validate my new copy of Cornerstone - I get an error message ‘something went wrong’.
I’ve read the knowledge base articles but can’t get it to validate.
Can you assist?

First, disable all your plugins and add your license code then after validating the licence enable all your plugins again.
You can check the documentation below to help you troubleshoot your issue.
If none of those steps fixes your issue, please provide us with the following information in a Secure Note.
- WordPress admin link
- WordPress username and Password with admin level

I check your account and you only had a license for X and you don’t have a license code for stand-alone cornerstone plugin. X and cornerstone stand-alone plugin have a different license code. If you use the X theme, you can have a built-in cornerstone plugin but if you prefer only the cornerstone plugin, you need to purchase the cornerstone stand-alone plugin license code.

I have purchased a standalone version of Cornerstone - or at least I think I have!
