Pro vs X - in simple terms

I’ve read through some other posts as well as the docs, but I want further clarity in simple terms.

I want to confirm that the only difference between Pro and X is that Pro enables one to edit Header and Footer content? Otherwise, both themes carry the same functionality and you can build identical websites with either?

The X theme is intended for users who prefer to have more stylized choices built-in that provide a starting point in order to get a website built quickly. The Pro theme is good for intermediate and advanced users like developers and designers. Basically, the Pro theme has all the X theme features. You can build identical sites using both of these themes. With Pro theme though, you can build more complex and unique site because it has a custom header and footer builder which allow you to create and assign unique header or footer for your page/s. In addition, Pro theme has the exclusive Grid element which you can use to create complex grid layouts.
