Pro (Unlimited) License Validation Issue on subdomain

I’m unable to get my subdomain activated using my Pro (unlimited) license. I enter the license code and it says something went wrong. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
