Pro Unlimited License Accepted then Denied

I am having an issue validating a license on a clients website.

When I built the site on the dev.prioritystaffing.net URL the theme validated without any issues.

I am now having issues assigning the license for www.prioritystaffing.net.

I revoked the old license and generated a new one. When I put it into the website it says it was accepted and then upon page reload, it says the license is not valid.

How can I fix this license loop?

Thanks for reaching out and providing all the details.

I went ahead and validated your website successfully. I just deleted the https://www.prioritystaffing.net/ from Pro Unlimited then re-validate your website and luckily, it went successfully.

I’m constantly running into this issue, super annoying. I’ve tried deleting and readding several times… still comes up with “not validated” even though this website is on my list…

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, I would request you to create a separate thread and provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
