Pro Theme / WPBakery Conflict

Hi Themeco team,
I’m having a problem when pasting WPBakery pre-made templates on my Pro Theme.

The WPBakery pre-made layouts are working well on other themes such as “Total”.

I’m sharing with you an image of the issue I’m getting when using WPBakery pre-made templates on the Pro theme.

To help you with your concerns we need to check your settings, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• Exact page URL

Hello Tamer,

Can you also provide access to the site, https://total.theme.lk/, so we can compare the rendering of Total theme? In the meantime, kindly double-check the Total theme. It may have its own WPBakery Page Builder integration because of the [vcex_{name}] shortcode. If they are using add-on plugin, you need that plugin activated while using the Pro theme.

Hi Tamer,

The Total theme has " Total Theme Core" plugin which is an optional plugin but highly recommended. Activate this plugin while using the Pro theme. Be advised that any WPBakery templates created with the Total theme may not work while using the Pro theme because the Pro theme is not associated with Total theme.
