Pro theme causing spikes in resource usage and downing website

I’ve been working to make this website more light weight and massively reduced the number of live plugins. There is very little running on it now and the website still goes down periodically.

This is what the web host company has sent when it spiked last. Definitely 2 are the theme but one is the Woocommerce plugin. Really don’t know why this is happening. Can you help?
