Where can we check the issue? How did you add the form to the page? Please provide the site URL and login info in the secure note so we can check it.
The builder has an element for third-party contact form integrations, but unfortunately, the Ninja Forms plugin is not natively supported in this element. However, you may still be able to use your contact form with the Embed type. Please check this documentation for more info: https://theme.co/docs/form-integration.
