after testing the various suggestions and not having solved yet, I just discovered something interesting:

If I open the Content Editor, it shows me only the header I built in the Header Editor, but it doesn’t show the content.

If I open the Headers Editor, it shows me only the content I built in the Content Editor, but it doesn’t show me the header.

Could anyone help me? I no longer have any valid ideas to solve the problem and continue to use the product.

Hello There,

Thanks for posting a very detailed information.

1.) If I open the Content Editor, it shows me only the header I built in the Header Editor, but it doesn’t show the content.

  • Based in your screenshot, you haven’t inserted any sections, rows, columns and elements yet. Please keep in mind that when you edit a page in Cornerstone, it will disregard any previous contents if that is not created/inserted in Cornerstone yet.

2.) The header must be assigned to a page first and then you may edit it. Please also make sure that you are using the page template that has header in it. Because as you know we have Blank - Container | No Header, Footer and Blank - No Container | No Header, Footer page template.

To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Thank you in advance.

Hi there,

Thanks for the credentials, I did some testing and unable to find any issue. Perhaps it’s your browser cache and you may need to clear it before testing.

Currently, the header is displaying when I edit the content, and the content is displaying when I edit the header.

Your header is fixed to the bottom, while the content is empty ( so I added an alert element for testing the header ) and all works fine.

Thanks!

Ok works, thank you. Obviously I can’t clear the browser cache every 3 minutes because it would become unsustainable and frustrating. For now, I keep working on the site and check how long it takes until the next bug.

Thank you again
Good Job

You’re welcome!
We’re glad we were able to help you out.

Unfortunately the problem reappeared again, so I tried to empty the cache, but it didn’t work.

Hey There,

I have logged in and I was able to edit the header in your site. Please check out my screenshot:

Please clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again.
