Pro Portfolio not showing all portfolio pages

Hi, I have created my first Portfolio page but all of the pages published are not showing… how would I solve this to show all pages published?

Thanks for writing in!

Please do check your Portfolio custom slug in the Theme Options settings.

If nothing is helping, we would be happy to double check your site if we can log in. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Hi Roy,

I have checked and found total 47 portfolio items are published wheras only 43 Portfolio itmes are showing. I investigated further and found that the Portfolio is included as Taxonomies in the Query Builder, and it has 43 posts on it. If you Exclude it as shown in the given screenshot it shows the rest of the 4 portfolio items those are missing.
I also checked but didn’t find any taxonomies in the name of Portfolio under Portfolio Categories and Portfolio Tags. I would suggest you remove that from the Query Builder and check it once.

Hi, Many thanks for your help with this. This is my first attempt at creating a Portfolio Layout so I must have done something wrong.
When I exclude Portfoio Item as you suggest, then yes, the missing portfolio pages appear, but all the other portfolio pages do not appear.
I would like all of them to appear on the page. What do you suggest I do to achieve that?

You can remove the taxonomy to retrieve all the Portfolio Items.
