Hi There,

You will need the index.php file to run WordPress, Themes & Plugins correctly. One solution would be to install your WordPress in a different directory inside your root directory.

|- index.html
|- wp

All I did it add an index.html

I doubt just adding the index.html cause the builder not to work. If you remove that index.html file the builder starts to work?

I have never seen such a thing. At the moment you can use the Under Construction plugin instead of the index.html.
