If you are referring to Modal Menu, Yes, it is doable in Pro. You may check these articles to achieve that kind of layout.

The toggle of the navigation collapsed has a little animation effect with a white color, that I cannot define in settings. Can you say where this can be set, please?

Hi @salilou,

The animation effect can be controlled with limited options from the Graphics tab under Toggle, please remember that it works only with the icon and image options, not with the default hamburger option.
Please find the screenshot describing the settings.
