Pro Licence registration error

Hi, i can’t validate the new Pro lic. was converted from X .
and now the lic can’t be activated on our new staging site.

so there is some strange behaviour

Thanks for sharing the login details. I went ahead checked your site and deactivated all the plugins then reset the permalink. After that, I added your license code. Now it is validated. Please check your site.
