Pro Header Problem not activating

Hi all,

I am seeing a lot of problems with the new header system but I have gone through the process of conditioning etc and still it is not working on one of my sites. As you will see from the screenshots below, the conditions have been set for the Entire site, priority has been tested from the default 0, through to 20 (20 is how its set on my other sites when its imported from previous generations of Pro). This is the first menu I’ve tried setting since the new system was brought in and I’ve had nothing but troubles with it.

What can you suggest to fix this?

Thanks for writing in! Your issue could just be a caching issue. You may need to clear all your plugin caches before testing the site again. It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
