Pro Header not Working on The Events Calendar Page

I’m attempting to add a pro header onto the The Events Calender Archive Page on my site, but I can’t get it to show up. I set the condition to Page Specific - Events, but it’s not working.

Here is the page: https://stonesforstell.wpengine.com/events/

The Default Events Template isn’t a template that’s an option to use in the conditions field. Any idea how I can get it to show up?

p.s. I also tried using Modern Events Calendar and getting the custom header to shop up on the /events page did not happen.

Hello @santosfel5,

Thanks for writing to us.

It might be the issue of cache or any plugin conflict or maybe custom CSS/JS. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache

You may checkout the header conditional and assignment operator doc https://theme.co/docs/conditions-and-assignments

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • Exact page URL and Header Name that you want to assign

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks

Hi @prakash_s I copied the site for testing purposes. I deactivated all plugins, I removed CSS Customization (no js customization), the version is the latest for wordpress, php, and all plugins, and cache disabled.

The header (Header Color BG) is still not showing up on the events page: https://steppingdev.wpengine.com/events/

I checked the conditional and assignment doc and didn’t see anything that changed what I’ve tried.

I’m attaching secure access to the original post.

Hello @santosfel5,

You have an issue because all of your conditions are only for singular pages. Keep in mind that the Events page is an archive page therefore, you also need Post Type is Event archive assignment condition.

Check your Events page now.

That worked! Thank you for your help.

Glad we could help,

Cheers!
