PRO - Header Navigation Broken (hamburger), Horizontal Scroll on Desktop

Issue: Header is fixed position. Navigation showing a horizontal scroll and not properly displaying on mobile devices. Similar issue with horizontal scroll on desktop. Navigation does not work on either in mini/hamburger mode.

  1. Horizontal scroll bar displays on navigation bar in both desktop and mobile views when browser size is set to certain dimensions. 1.) Please do not use the customizer view as your test view. Please view your site in a new browser window and then do the resizing of the window to test it.

Hi RueNel,

  1. That screenshot was the easiest way for me to show you the scroll bar on desktop (customizer view).

  2. To duplicate the desktop and mobile menus not working for end user, all you have to do is resize the window to enable hamburger menu. From there the nav no longer works.

Credentials is not working. Please double check. I can see the issue. It seems related to bar setup. Please provide the credentials so we can investigate.

Thanks for the credentials, they`re working now.

About your issues, I just could reproduce the second problem. I resized the window and accessed the site with the customize and no scrollbar is being shown.

Hi John,

That article calls for not minimizing Javascript in the W3C Page cache plugin. After your post I went ahead and disabled that. Unfortunately that does not seem to solve the issue.

As far as the horizontal scroll, here is another screenshot of me reproducing this morning after your post. This was duplicated on windows 7, Firefox 54 & Chrome v61 (both latest as of writing).

Please advise on how to fix the mobile menu display issue and horizontal scrolling issue.

Hi Justin,

On your bar, please try settings CONTENT SCROLLING TO OFF.

Check the scrolling issue too after that and let us know how this goes.
