Pro "Customize" not working correctly

I have a site where Customize is not working correctly.

For example, here is a site where it is working:

And here is what I see when I click the correctly working customize link :

But in this site, when I click on the customize link I get a blank content area (no preview):

What I’ve done:

1. disabled all plugins
2. switched themes
3. uninstalled Wordpress and re-installed Wordpress.
4. checked to make sure there is no caching going on within my hosting plan (GoDaddy)… there isn’t.
5. I do not use a caching plugin.
6. saved Permalinks
7. checked site URLs
8. Called my dear old rich aunt and asked to borrow money. She’s almost a billionaire and I just want to retire.

She said no.

Any idea? I’ll supply login creds through a secure note.

Thanks for reaching out!

It’s not Pro customize that’s the default WordPress customizer. If you want to customize your website using Cornerstone, you should go to the Cornerstone page. If you want to customize any of your pages, you need to go to Cornerstone then in the left panel, you can edit your pages or you can click the edit with Cornerstone.

It’s got to be something with the Installatron Install (even though I’ve uninstalled WP and re-installed).

I only use the WP customizer for adding CSS because I can view any page and make aesthetic changes.

I’ve got GoDaddy’s Tier 2 (and higher) support looking into it.

So far, they can’t figure it out either.

I’ll keep you posted in case anyone ever has this problem.
