I installed the PRO parent theme and activated it. Then attemted to install the PRO CHILD theme, and it appears to install but it is not present under themes on Wordpress dashboard. When I try to reinstall it, I get a message that it is already installed, but there is a message that it cannot find the parent theme. The parent theme appeared to install correctly and it is active and present in the dashboard - just no child?

I suggest activating the default WordPress theme first. Then, use FTP or cPanel to navigate to the wp-content/themes/ directory and delete both the Pro theme and Pro child theme. Next, download a fresh copy of the Pro theme from your Themeco account dashboard and reinstall it. I also recommend downloading a fresh copy of the child theme and installing it.If the issue still persist Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin-level username and password
- FTP login details.
