Pro Builder Not Revealing Rows or Columns

Hi there,

I am working on a staging environment for a client on https://tracewater.wpengine.com/ and when I’m working in the builder and even the header/footer builders, I do not have the ability to customize fonts or elements as I do in my other sites with xPro.

Thanks for writing in!

Please make sure that advanced mode is active under Pro > Settings > Permission > User Preference > Advanced Mode.

Regarding customizing fonts, I suggest you to use Font Manager. For more information please take a look at following resource:
