Pro automatic update not showing in updates section of Wordpress

Hi,

I’m having problems with updating Pro.
I’ve tot a message stating the installed version is 6.1.10 and the latest version available is 6.3.6.

However, visiting the updates section doesn’t show any theme that can be updated.

Tried downloading the update en uploading, but it installs the update as a new theme besides the existing one.

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that you have validated the theme. You may need to revoke and validate the theme again.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
It seemed to be validated, but to make sure. I revoked the validation and added it again.
After the succes message I went to Dashboard - Updates, but no theme updates available unfortunately.

Any other suggestions?

Hi Niek,

I have checked your Themeco Account, and it seems to be the location with the slash is the reason, I would suggest you remove the slash and check once if the Automatic update comes.
If it does not help, and you are still getting the issue on validation, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi Tristup, nu luck unfortunately. Also tried, after removing the slash, to revoke and verify license.

Hey Niek,

The given credentials are not working. An alternative option to have automatic updates is to go to Appearance > Theme. You can check this as a reference.

Not sure if I’m coming into after you figured it out the validation part, but The automatic updates enable link is in the Dashboard > Appearances. Let me know if this helps!
