When I install Pro theme, the theme seemsto be activated.
If I look at point 1 “pro menù” always seems to be ok.
But in the point 2 “pro menù” the theme is not activated ).
Now, if I click “click here to validate” the system bring me to the point 1 where the theme result activated. By the way, it doesn’t work and I cannot install child theme.
How can I solve this?

Thanks for reaching out.
It’s because your main theme has different folder name, it should be installed exactly as /themes/pro/, not /themes/pro-etc/ nor /themes/some-folder/pro/, and so on.
Please make sure to correct your theme folder name through FTP or your hosting’s file manager.
