Pro 6.4.0 RC1 - Small effects issue

I have a div with the “Effects” set to “Link Child Interactions”.

Inside the div I have a modal.

The modal toggle has a graphic icon that is an SVG.

When I hover over the div everything works as expected however the hover effect on the SVG on the toggle does not change.

The SVG colour only changes if I hover directly over the button.

The rest of the button effects change when I hover over the div.
