Pro 6.1.9: A section lost from the layout after updating from 5.1.5

Hi!

On the layout assigned to the Store locator post type, In Pro 5, there is a section with a products looper.

Here is an example: https://www.mojemalozlato.com/lokacije-bez-glutena/zagreb-gruska/

A section called “Section 3” is under the map.

I updated the staging copy to 6.1.9 today. Here is the same page on it:

Gluten Free Products Store at Zagreb - Gruška - Moje Malo Zlato

The last section is completely gone from the layout.

I have another ticket opened with WMPL and caching issues resulted from restoring the backup.

I cannot copy the section from the original site over to the staging site where it was lost, because the Dev toolkit is broken as well on the original site, due to loss of CS styles after restoring the backup.

What could cause such a behaviour? Can it be fixed?

I have a similar problem. After updating from 5.1.5 to the latest Pro version, all layouts no longer have sections. Do I have to recreate everything?
