Pro 6.0 feature request - locked to other users while editing

With the new tabs option, and the strength of Cornerstone ever increasing, it would extremely useful to hook in to the “locked for editing” mechanic available in WordPress. Currently, any page or custom post type only shows as locked for editing in the WordPress backend editor, and as soon as you go to edit the page in Cornerstone, any other user can potentially jump in too and then it becomes a fight of saves as to what gets actually saved to the page.

This has caused issues with sites in development for us many times, trying to make things efficient by having one person work on design and another on copy, or other things like that, and it always leaves me wanting the locked for editing featured implemented!

By default WordPress / Woo do this.

When working with multiple people on sites this has caused us numerous issues.

I think it should be something high up in the discussions.
