Pro 6.0.7 - lost feature / preserve inspector group

Not 100% certain if I have the correct name for this. It is also something I brought up in the beta’s.

In Pro 5 and earlier versions if one was editing the padding on a heading, if you switched to another heading the inspector stayed on the padding for the next heading.

This is super useful when copying settings across from one element to the next where you can’t use copy / paste etc.

Here was the original post.

In Pro 6 when you move from one element to the next the new element always defaults to the top which means you need to scroll down to the padding or whatever setting you were editing.

I really miss this too

I’ve got a solution in the works for this one. Right now it’ll only perseve what tab you are on for a given element, but I’ll set it up to preserve the scroll as well.

Agreed! Would love to at least see the shortcut come back.

Wasn’t a fan of the permanent preserve inspector group setting but used the shortcut for it regularly. In fact, I still hold down CMND when clicking on elements hopeful it’ll just start working again
