Thank you! Do you recall what element you were working with when this happened?

I did fix something today related to a similar error when copy/pasting, so it might have been resolved by that. Let me know if you still see it in beta3.

No, the issue still exists in beta 3. You can access the server with the credentials above. It’s a test server only so you can experiment without care. It uses allways the latest nightly build from WordPress and even uses PHP 8.

It happens whenever i want to edit something in the builder (header, content, whatever)

Thank you for the login details! I still don’t know what the root cause is but I’ve added some debugging output. I wasn’t able to install the development build on your site because it’s multisite. Could you add me as a network admin, or try installing the version I’m linking in a secure note?

Once we get it installed I’d like to login again to check the new debug output if that’s out. I couldn’t reproduce the exact problem but I think the adjustments will prevent the error from getting triggered and also log some details about where it is happening.

you’re “super” now, but i also gave you ftp if you need install further things.
I’ve installed your latest pro but the issue still exists.

Hi @Regnalf,

So I took a look the other night but still didn’t have anything comprehensive to reply back. I’ve tried logging in again today but now I’m getting invalid username / password and it won’t let me try again. Can you double check the credentials for me when you have a moment? Thanks!

Ok, the credentials should be fine now. (i made a test login)

I have the suspicion that if I edit a user also his password is changed! Have this problem probably also on another site. Use the browser Chrome with the password manager, have you maybe ever had this problem?

Hi @Regnalf

Thanks! I installed another patched version and it is working. Did you happen to install the update with FTP? I’m wondering if the javascript files didn’t get fully replaced at first. I used the WordPress theme uploader and it worked nicely.

As for the password manager, I’ve not seen that happen with WordPress before but encountered it once with another system. Definitely possible that something is getting overwritten automatically but not really sure why or how.

Thx, it working.

Yes, i uploaded it with ftp over filezilla. But i didn’t go any errors, strange.

Another issue that still exists even in previous version: If i try searching elements to insert, the search hang up the whole site.

Ok great! Glad it’s not crashing anymore. I’ve got an open ticket for that element search. We’ve still not solved that one.
