Pro 3.0.4 - Gravity Form not displaying on Mobile

Hi Team

Gravity Form is displaying on Desktop, but not on mobile. The form is at the bottom of the page just before the Footer:

Form should be displaying after the following text:

We’ll be back in touch as soon as possible.

Recaptcha has been removed, caches cleared etc etc.

Please assist.

I can see the form on my mobile. Here’s a screenshot:

Can you share the specific device where you have encountered the issue so we can try to investigate? Thank you.

All good Lely, thanks - its a Revolution Slider JS error. I have deactivated the slider on Mobile and everything is working as normal for now. Will resolve the Rev Slider issue via the below ticket:
