Hello there, not sure if it’s a bug, or was made that way, but when I save a preset with a custom CSS on the element, and load that preset on another page, the custom CSS is not there.

By Custom CSS, do you mean Element CSS? Element CSS is included in the Preset unless there’s a syntax error in your CSS. Please check your CSS for syntax errors.
Just note that we cannot audit custom codes. If you’re unsure if there’s a syntax error in your CSS, you might want to subscribe to One where we provide some customization guidance.
