Hey @Justaman78,
We’re sorry that my colleague suggested the “3rd party conflict test” again but for the record, we only suggested it twice not thrice. If you’ve read my previous post, I said nothing about 3rd party plugins because I already read that you’ve tried it.
Still, regarding my previous post, I told you the exact problem with your page and that is it has lots of images. When I checked previously, your page weighs 6MB. Now that you’ve removed the slider, it’s 4.4MB. It’s still huge. You need to reduce some more posts as I’ve said previously.
I must admit though that I missed the menu and your Cornerstone problem. I’d just like to kindly ask that you post 1 issue per thread only to avoid this confusion in the future.
Regarding the menu issue, it’s related to the slow loading of your page. The menu is powered by Javascript and that couldn’t run if the page has not completely loaded.
Regarding Cornerstone, it’s not possible to edit your home page with Cornerstone because Cornerstone is a content builder and there’s no content area on your home page because it’s the index or blog page. I see you’ve already removed the slider though so I believe you now know how to remove Ethos features in the Theme Options as I’ve showed you previously.
Regarding your image optimization, it’s good to know that you’re using an image optimization plugin. The plugin you’re using doesn’t reduce the physical size of your image though so though your image is optimized, the file size is still huge. Try using a maximum of 920px image for all your posts. Currently, you’re using a Full HD size or 1920px.
Hope that helps this time.
