Post featured image don't work with Essential Grid active

We can not access to library to add a post featured image when Essential Grid is active. Any thoughts??

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache

If none of those work, please send your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

Thanks for updating in! There seems to be a conflict between WordPress 5.6 and Essential Grid 3.0.7. Please have the plugin updated to the latest version 3.0.10 which is already available in Automatic Updates.
