1 How do I add content to this page? as in text etc
2 how do I control what is shown on the mouse over idealy I want to show the title and have the whole area as a clickable link.

Thanks for reaching out.
You have created a page and assigned the Portfolio Template to it. But there is no option to show the content at this moment. I will add this as a feature request so our development team can consider it in the future. Alternatively, you can create a Single Layout and use Looper Provider to show the Portfolio Items.

You can create your own effects with the help of the Effects Module found in each element you add in your Looper items.
