Portfolio items layout

Hi, i am using the site “integrity business” from design cloud as a template.

I really like the looks of the portfolio and would like to use it for recipes, especially because of the filter function. The problem is that the layout of the individual portfolio items is unsuitable for me. The image is too big, I would rather have a similar layout to those of regular blogposts, with a sidebar and a smaller image over the content.

is there a way to get the filter and style from the portfolio page and a blogpost-type Layout?

To get the filter from the portfolio page will require some customization. Regretfully, customization is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.

On the other hand, you can customize the layout of your recipes the same as blog post type layout using the layout builder. To know more about the layout builder, please check the documentation below.
