Portfolio Entry Grids?

Hello,

I have set up my client’s website build so that they can add a new ‘Portfolio Item’ whenever they have a new collection of photos. They can just add the new photos as media, and it will appear in one post.

I have used Essential Grid to display these collections on two separate pages, which will appear as ‘Men’s’ and ‘Women’s’, and that’s fine—the grids look great, and the Lightbox function helps to show each collection of photos in a scrolling popup.

However, what I am also looking for, is to be able to have each Portfolio item/entry display itself, in a grid (without the client needing to set up a new grid each time they post a new Portfolio item, because I want them just to post the upload the photos, and voila, everything is set up and displaying as they want it).

I hope I have been clear in what I’m looking for, and is it possible to do this?

Thanks for writing in! You can insert or use galleries in the portfolio items. Kindly check out this documentation guide here:

The gallery will be displayed differently though. The WordPress gallery will be displayed as a grid while it will be displayed as a gallery slider in portfolio item. Regretfully we do not have any feature that is what you are looking for. You may need to find a suitable plugin for it or continue doing what you have done at the moment to display the portfolio item grid on your site.
