Popover on a complete container?

Hello,

I’m wondering if it’s possible to have a popover set to a container, a column or a row. In short, I’m using the Agency template as a foundation for my website, and at the bottom of the “get in touch page”, there’s a section for google maps. Basically what I want to achieve here is to have a popover indicating that “Due to the contingency brought on about by current crisis, our offices are closed.” when the user hovers over this map section.

I know popovers are used on images, buttons and even text, but is it possible to achieve this over google maps (or the container, row or column)?

Yes that is possible using google maps. Please check this map element documentation:

When you add marker, there is an textfield for content. Add the message there. On frontend you can see the popover when you click the marker like below:
