Pop-up or mouseover for more info

Hi,

I am looking to have more info (some copy) either pop-up when you mouseover the images on this page.

Basically, these are the logos of brands we work with but would like a little more info to be available when you scroll over them, but I can’t find any way of being able to do this in X Theme. I’ve tried putting the copy below each logo, but it doesn’t look right IMO, as some of the logos already have the agency title on them, so it’s duplication.

Could someone please help me with the best way forward on this?

Currently we don’t have this kind of element yet. l would recommend you to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/image-hover-effects-ultimate/, it is very easy to use and have many styles to choose from.
